我厂利用冷拔低碳钢丝焊接网作预制混凝土空心板、平板中的骨架,与原来习惯采用直径6、8、10mm 的3号钢筋作受力钢筋比较,可节约钢材30~40%。我厂自一九七一年以来,在跨度4m 以内、活荷载200kg/m~2、采用200~#混凝土的普通空心板中,全部推广使用冷拔低碳钢丝焊接网配筋方案,共生产空心板约17万块,折合板面积约24万 m~2。若以每 m~2板节约钢筋1公斤计算,共节约钢材240吨,价值15万多元。
Our factory uses cold-drawing low-carbon steel wire mesh as the skeleton in the precast concrete hollow slab and flat plate. Compared with the original, the 3rd steel with the diameter of 6, 8 and 10mm is used as the bearing steel reinforcement, which can save 30-40% of the steel. Since 1971, our factory has promoted the use of cold-drawing low-carbon steel wire mesh reinforcement scheme in ordinary hollow slabs with a span of 4m, a live load of 200kg/m2, and 200~# concrete. There are about 170,000 hollow slabs, with a plate area of about 240,000 m2. If 1 kg of steel is saved per m~2 plate, 240 tons of steel will be saved, worth more than 150,000 yuan.
