目的 了解乌鲁木齐市丙型病毒性肝炎(丙肝)病例报告的准确性,以提高病例报告质量.方法 通过查阅住院病例的病历资料,根据丙肝诊断标准重新判断该病例的实际分类,对数据进行整理、分析.结果 12家医疗机构中,41.67％的医院具备HCV-RNA检测能力,报告的553例丙肝病例中诊断分类正确率为31.70％,急慢分类正确率为27.27％,省级医院分类正确率高于地市级医院.结论 乌鲁木齐市丙肝病例报告分类正确率较低,应加强丙肝诊断和疫情上报培训.“,”Objective To investigate the accuracy of hepatitis C reported cases and improve the quality of reported cases in Urumqi City.Methods Check inpatient medical records,and then re-estimated the actual classification of the cases according to the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis C.Results 41.67％ hospitals had the HCV-RNA detection ability among 12 hospitals.The correct rate of diagnosis classification was 31.70％,the correct rate of acute and chronic classification was 27.27％ among 553 reported cases,classify correct rate of provincial level hospitals was higher than the city level hospitals.Conclusion The correct classification rate of hepatitis C reported cases are low in Urumqi City,should strengthen the hepatitis C diagnosis and epidemic reporting training.
