随着近年企业改革的不断深化,尤其是实施扁平化管理后,洛阳石化直属党组织的数量由过去的27个增加到46个,厂党委的管理幅度明显增大。为了适应新的形势,2005年,该厂党委在直属党组织中实行片会工作制度。经过两年多的运行证明,“片会制度”对增强基层党组织活力、提升企业党建工作整体水平都起到了积极的推动作用。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of enterprises in recent years, especially after the implementation of the flat management, the number of directly-affiliated party organizations in Luoyang Petrochemical increased from 27 in the past to 46, and the management of the party committees under the factory increased significantly. In order to adapt to the new situation, in 2005, the factory party committee directly under the party organization to implement the system of working party. After more than two years of operation, it has been proved that the “film system” has played a positive role in promoting the vitality of the grass-roots party organizations and the overall level of party building in enterprises.
