二十一世纪是知识经济时代,人才也逐渐成为各大企业的珍贵资源,特别是在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,企业面临着很多新问题和新挑战,更应当将优秀人才的培养作为重要的战略事项来抓。高校虽然是人才培养的主阵地,但企业也必须要承担起人才培养的职责,不管是站在企业自身发展亦或是促进社会经济发展的眼光来看,企业都应当真正重视人才培养。
Twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge-based economy, and talent has gradually become a precious resource for major enterprises. Especially in the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are faced with many new problems and new challenges, and more importantly, the cultivation of outstanding talents should be regarded as important Strategic issues to grasp. Although colleges and universities are the main positions for personnel training, enterprises also have to assume the responsibility of personnel training. No matter standing in the eyes of their own development or promoting social and economic development, enterprises should really attach importance to personnel training.
