在1995年召开的全国信息工作交流会上,中办领导同志提出,今后一段时间要集中精力抓好信息的质量。怎样提高信息的质量?一个重要途径就是运用信息调研的方法,对初级信息进行深加工,从而开发出适用于领导决策的高层次信息。下面就如何运用好信息调研这一方法,谈几点不成熟的看法。一、信息调研的性质和任务信息调研这一概念,是在1990年1月召开的省、自治区、直辖市党委秘书长座谈会上首先提出来的。这次会议指出,目前各级党委办公厅(室)工作的重点是加强督促检查和信息调研工作。要搞好信息调研,就要根据领导的要求,围绕党的中心工作进行调查研究.提供有情况有分析的调查报告;就要掌握大量情况,向中央和各级党委及时准确地提供信息。调查研究是办公厅一项经常性的重要工作,信息工作是办公厅一项重要的日常工作,要结合调查研究工作搞好情况汇总。
At the 1995 National Information Work Exchange Conference, leaders of the Central Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference proposed that in the next period of time concentrate on the quality of information. How to improve the quality of information? An important way is to use the method of information research to further process the primary information so as to develop high-level information suitable for decision-making. Below on how to make good use of information research this method, talk about a few immature opinions. I. The Nature and Mission of Information Research The concept of information research was first proposed by the party secretary-general meeting of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in January 1990. The meeting pointed out: At present, the focus of the work of Party committees (offices) at all levels is to step up supervision and inspection and information research. To do a good job in information research, we must conduct investigations and studies around the party’s central work in accordance with the requirements of the leaders, provide investigation reports on situations and analyzes, and grasp a great deal of situations to provide timely and accurate information to party committees at the central and the levels. Investigation and research are a regular and important work of the general office. Information work is an important daily work of the general office, and the situation summary should be done in combination with the investigation and research work.
