2010年3月,在这个本是春意盎然,春暖花开的季节,北京城却反常的仍被严寒包裹,但全国“两会”的如期召开,却带给人们缕缕春意,而温总理的《政府工作报告》带我们走进了2010年的春天。在一年一度的“两会”上,都活跃着这样一群身影:他们兼有教育界和艺术界的双重身份,他们的身后是成千上万的教师和学生,他们以振兴中国艺术教育为己任,以澄清当代文化艺术的合理使命为追求。他们坚信:教育乃国之根本,文化艺术乃民族之魂。“一切以媚俗,功利,醉生梦死为表达方式和价值归宿的文化产品,决计不可以艺术的名义混淆视听,而这种责任感应当通过国家意志转化为民族情感。”在此,我们选取几个文化艺术教育界代表委员“两会”提案,以期更多人关注。
