Shenzhen is China’s earliest established special economic zone and the largest immigrant city. With a high degree of reform and opening up and marketization, its population has grown substantially in the long term. Non-household population accounts for over 70% of the total population of the city. Based on reality, Shenzhen is exploring the development of pre-school education for all-inclusive development. Adhere to the pre-school education and economic and social development to adapt to the road.
