该会成立于今年二月,是全国邮电系统中第一个青年企业管理探索团体。协会由35岁以下大中专毕业从事邮电企业管理工作的有志青年组成,现有会员57人,平均年龄26岁,大专毕业占54％,会员分布于上海邮电系统(包括部属企业)十三个所属单位,处于多个不同的管理层次,涉及计划、技术、财务、质量、人事、政工等十个专业。协会的宗旨是:开展对邮电企业经营管理体制和业务方针、企业管理和业务规程的
The association was established in February this year and is the first youth enterprise management exploration group in the national post and telecommunications system. The association is composed of aspiring young people graduated from colleges and universities under the age of 35 who are engaged in post and telecommunication enterprise management work. The current membership is 57 people, and the average age is 26 years old. College graduates account for 54%. The members are distributed in Shanghai Posts and Telecommunications Systems (including subordinate enterprises). The subordinate units are at different levels of management and involve ten majors such as planning, technology, finance, quality, personnel, and political work. The purpose of the association is to carry out operations and management systems and business policies, corporate management and business procedures for post and telecommunications companies.
