数字线路系统抖动积累的研究工作早在50年代末就开始了。Byrne等人对早期电缆数字线路系统的抖动积累问题进行过广泛的研究,并获得了一些经典的、至今仍有指导意义的结论。随着光缆数字线路系统的出现,特别是近几年对大容量长途光缆数字线路系统的开发和应用,关于抖动积累问题的研究再次引起了人们的关切和兴趣。跟传统电缆数字线路系统相比,光缆数字线路系统的传输速率更高,中继距离更长,而且引起抖动的物理机制也不尽相同,因而其抖动积累规律必然会带有一些新的特点。本文首先讨论光缆数字线路系统抖动积累的理论模型,然后分析实际光缆数字线路系统的抖动来源和抖动积累的特点,最后介绍抑制和减少光缆数字线路系统抖动积累的对策。
Research into the accumulation of jitter in digital line systems began as early as the late 1950s. Byrne et al. Conducted extensive research on the jitter accumulation of early cable digital line systems and obtained some classical and still instructive conclusions. With the advent of optical cable digital line system, especially the development and application of large capacity long distance optical cable digital line system in recent years, the research on jitter accumulation once again aroused people’s concern and interest. Compared with the traditional cable digital line system, optical fiber digital line system has higher transmission rate, longer relay distance, and the physical mechanism causing jitter. Therefore, the jitter accumulation law will inevitably bring some new features. In this paper, the theoretical model of jitter accumulation of optical cable digital line system is firstly discussed. Then the jitter source and jitter accumulation of the actual optical cable digital line system are analyzed. Finally, the countermeasures to suppress and reduce the jitter accumulation of optical line system are introduced.
