目的调查引起食物中毒的经过,确定中毒原因。方法对食物中毒事件进行现场流行病学调查。采集患者粪便样6份进行细菌培养、鉴定。结果 5位患者的粪便中检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论流行病学调查以及病原学检测结果证实是一起由肠炎沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒。
Objective To investigate the cause of food poisoning, determine the cause of poisoning. Methods An epidemiological investigation of food poisoning in China was carried out. Collect 6 cases of stool samples for bacterial culture, identification. Results Salmonella enteritidis was detected in the faeces of 5 patients. Conclusions Epidemiological investigations and etiological tests confirmed a food poisoning caused by Salmonella enteritidis.
