本文测定门诊和住院经细胞学确诊的白血病24例病人(粒细胞性白血病9例,淋巴细胞性白血病8例,单核细胞性白血病3例)的NK和ADCC活性(方法见前文),并与健康人相比较,发现NK与ADCC活性均显著降低(P<0.05)。NK活性的降低较ADCC更为明显。7例白血病患者的NK降低到近于零。三种细胞类型白血病NK和ADCC
This article measures the NK and ADCC activities of 24 patients with clinically and inpatient cytologically diagnosed leukemia (9 for myeloid leukemia, 8 for lymphocytic leukemia and 3 for monocytic leukemia) (see above) Compared with healthy subjects, NK and ADCC activities were significantly decreased (P <0.05).
