中国传统法律文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,中国传统法律文化具有伦理性、“德主刑辅”与“礼法结合”、“重义轻利”、“息讼”与“人本主义”等法律文化特性。借鉴和吸收中国传统法律文化的合理成分对我国当代和谐社会建设有许多有益的启示。本文以中国传统法律文化中的“人本主义”法律文化为例,阐述了其对我国当代和谐社会建设的启示。
