以EBH350掘进机回转台为例,采用虚拟样机技术对回转台进行动态仿真。采用Pro/E软件建立系统的机械结构几何模型,再通过Pro/E与ADAMS间的接口,建立刚-柔耦合多体系统虚拟样机模型。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对回转台进行静力强度分析和运动仿真模态分析。对回转台结构和强度得出结论,提出优化及改进建议,从而为EBH350掘进机优化设计提供依据。
Taking EBH350 boring machine turntable as an example, the virtual prototype technology is used to simulate the turntable. Pro / E software is used to establish the mechanical structure geometric model of the system, and then the rigid-flexible coupled multi-body system virtual prototype model is established through the interface between Pro / E and ADAMS. ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the static strength and motion simulation modal of the turntable. The structure and strength of the rotary table are concluded, and the optimization and improvement suggestions are put forward to provide the basis for the optimization design of the EBH350 boring machine.
