自 1 997年起 ,北京市实行实验动物和动物实验从业人员持证上岗制度 ,北京大学医学部实验动物科学部是市科委指定的“北京市实验动物培训机构”。近三年来 ,我们举办培训班 1 0余个 ,共培训学员 2 0 0 0余人。我们的培训机构是培训人数最多 ,培训效果最好的单位之一。同时我部部内十分重视人员的培训 ,近几年来年年有培训 ,使饲养管理人员的专业素质和专业技能有了很大提高 ,逐步适应了实验动物科学发展的要求。我们根据培训目的、培训内容不同 ,采用灵活多样的授课方式及考核方式 ,取得了较好的培训效果。
Since 1997, Beijing has introduced a system for certifying practitioners of experimental animals and animal experiments. The Department of Experimental Animal Science of Peking University Health Science Center is the “Beijing Experimental Animal Training Institution” designated by the Municipal Science and Technology Commission. In the past three years, we have held more than 10 training courses and trained more than 200 trainees. Our training organization is one of the most trained and well-trained units. At the same time, I attach great importance to personnel training within the Ministry of ministries, training in recent years every year, so that feeding and management personnel of professional qualities and professional skills has been greatly improved, and gradually adapt to the experimental animal scientific development requirements. According to the purpose of training, we have different training contents, adopted flexible and diversified teaching methods and assessment methods, and achieved good training results.
