文章运用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法等研究方法,对陕北民间传统体育项目开展现状进行了调查。调查显示:陕北民间传统体育开展广泛,深受广大群众喜爱。城乡居民、不同年龄段存在差异。大部分人群以娱乐和健身为目的,选择在业余时间或特定节庆日(春节、庙会等)参加。在参加动机、时间等方面城乡差异较大,因此,制约延安民间传统体育项目开展的因素还有待于进一步解决。
By using the research methods of questionnaire, literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the status quo of folk traditional sports in northern Shaanxi. Survey shows: North Shaanxi traditional folk sports carried out a wide range, loved by the masses. Urban and rural residents, there are differences between different age groups. Most of the crowd for entertainment and fitness for the purpose, choose in their spare time or a specific festivals (Spring Festival, temple fair, etc.) to participate. There is a big difference between urban and rural areas in terms of participation motivation, time, etc. Therefore, the factors restricting the development of folk traditional sports in Yan’an still need to be further resolved.
