研究甘薯的冻干粉及其提取物对32周龄KM雌性小鼠学习记忆能力的影响和作用。所有小鼠被分为空白对照组、甘薯冻干粉组、甘薯乙醇提取物组、甘薯精制物组,当受试物浓度分别以甘薯冻干粉750 mg/kg、甘薯乙醇提取物250 mg/kg、甘薯精制物250 mg/kg剂量连续灌胃6周后采用电击跳台和水迷宫实验测试各组小鼠学习记忆能力及各组血清、脑中的谷胱甘肽—过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)、乙酰胆碱脂酶(TChE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、丙二醛(MDA)和单胺氧化酶(MAO)水平。结果显示实验组与空白对照组相比,均能提高小鼠学习记忆能力和GSH-Px、SOD、ChAT、5-HT、NE含量并降低MDA、TChE、MAO含量。说明这3种物质可能通过抑制抗氧化损伤、降低TchE,提高中枢胆碱能神经功能以及抑制MAO,提高单胺类神经递质含量,从而改善小鼠的学习记忆功能。
To study the effects of freeze-dried powder and extracts of sweet potato on learning and memory ability of 32-week-old KM female mice. All mice were divided into blank control group, sweet potato freeze-dried powder group, sweet potato ethanol extract group, and sweet potato purified group. The results showed that the experimental group compared with the control group, can improve the ability of learning and memory and GSH-Px, SOD, ChAT, 5-HT, NE content and reduce the content of MDA, TChE, MAO. These three substances may improve the learning and memory function of mice by inhibiting antioxidative damage, decreasing TchE, increasing central cholinergic nerve function and inhibiting MAO, and increasing monoamine neurotransmitter content.
