本文叙述在对绕中心摆动的从动件操纵气阀的气阀传动设计中,凸轮与从动件接触处的运动分析。分析的新特色是用气阀升程曲线确定速度,获得了凸轮与从动件接触处的传送速度;计算了整个工作循环期间弹性流体动力油膜厚度的变化。
This article describes the analysis of the motion of the cam at the point of contact with the follower in the valve train design of a slave valve that swivels around the center. The new feature of the analysis is the determination of the speed by the lift curve of the valve and the transmission speed of the contact between the cam and the follower. The change of elastic fluid dynamic film thickness during the entire working cycle is calculated.
