兔侧脑室内注射(i.c.v)钙通道阻断剂戊脉安(100μg)引起平均动脉血压(MAP)降低。分别i.c.v血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ7.5μg)、促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH5μg)和蛙皮素(BBS5μg)均引起MAP升高。预先i.c.v不引起血压变化剂量的戊脉安(75μg),可分别抑制其后i.c.v的AⅡ、TRH和BBS的升压效应。这些结果提示,家兔动脉血压的正常调节活动以及AⅡ、TRH和BBS的中枢升压作用均与脑内Ca ̄(2+)的跨膜内流有关。
Rabbit intracerebroventricular (i.c.v) calcium channel blocker verapamil (100 μg) caused a decrease in mean arterial pressure (MAP). Respectively i. c. Angiotensin Ⅱ (AⅡ7.5μg), thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH5μg) and bombesin (BBS5μg) caused MAP increase. Pre-i. c. v Verapamil (75 μg), which did not cause a change in blood pressure, inhibited the subsequent i. c. v A Ⅱ, TRH and BBS boost effect. These results suggest that the normal regulation of arterial blood pressure in rabbits and the central hypertensive effect of AII, TRH and BBS are all related to the transmembrane influx of Ca 2+ in the brain.
