目的:观察在西医常规治疗基础上加用中药治疗肺心病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组再加用宣肺散寒、化痰平喘中药。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:宣肺散寒、化痰平喘中药合西医常规治疗对肺心病急性发作期有良好疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute episode of pulmonary heart disease based on routine treatment of Western medicine. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment. The treatment group combined with Xuanfei Sanxiong, phlegm and antiasthmatic Chinese medicine. Results: The treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: Xuanfei Sanxiong, phlegm and asthma with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute pulmonary heart disease have a good effect.
