本研究采用DCB试样测试研究了LY12cz铝合金在3.5%NaCl、饱和NaCl及3.5%NaCl+混合缓蚀剂水溶液中应力腐蚀K_1scc及da/df值;详细研究了Cl~-离子浓度及混合缓蚀剂的作用机理。断口形貌分析表明,LY12cz铝合金在含Cl~-离子水溶液中应力腐蚀开裂断口形貌主要是沿晶断裂,并具有岩石状沿晶断裂特征。上述混合缓蚀剂虽能改善其应力腐蚀开裂性能,使其裂纹扩展速率显著降低,但不改变其断裂特征。
In this study, stress corrosion K_1scc and da / df values of LY12cz aluminum alloy in 3.5% NaCl, saturated NaCl and 3.5% NaCl mixed aqueous solution were studied by DCB test.
