为了解基层卫生所安全注射的情况 ,采用按容量比例概率抽样法 ,随机抽取了南阳市 34个村卫生所 ,调查安全注射的情况及其可能的影响因素。结果经分析评判 ,有 2 3个卫生所做到了安全注射 ,占 6 7 6 %。影响安全注射的因素是乡村医生是否接受过正规的专业培训 ,以及门诊量的多少。正规的专业培训和合理的门诊量有助于提高安全注射的水平。推广一次性注射器和经常的监督检查对安全注射有促进作用
In order to understand the situation of safe injections in primary health centers, a 34-village health clinic in Nanyang City was randomly selected to investigate the situation of safe injection and its possible influencing factors. After analyzing and judging the results, 23 health clinics had achieved safe injections, accounting for 67.6%. The factors affecting safe injections are whether rural doctors have received formal professional training and how much outpatient service. Formal professional training and reasonable outpatients help increase the level of safe injection. Promotion of single-use syringes and regular supervision and inspections can promote safe injection
