实践表明,用塑料袋栽培猴头菇,成本低,操作简便,生产周期短,生物效率高,百公斤棉籽壳料可产于菇约10公斤,生物效率达100%左右。现将栽培技术要点简介如下:(一)调配基质配方为棉籽壳76%,米糠或麸皮20%、红糖1%、石膏粉1%、黄豆粉1%、过磷酸钙1%,先将米糠或麸皮、黄豆粉、石膏粉混匀,糖、过磷酸钙溶于适量水中,然后再和棉籽壳拌匀.料水比1∶1.25。(二)装袋灭菌栽培袋规格为50×12.5厘米的聚乙烯或聚丙烯塑料筒袋,每袋装量折干料500克。袋两端用线绳扎紧,并用酒精灯火焰烧熔扎头封口。然后将料袋稍压扁,等距离打3～4个直径1.8厘米、深2厘米的接种穴,穴口贴3cm~2的医用胶布.置土蒸
