遗失、被盗、违法叙述:上市公司的奇葩年报2015年12月28日,在港上市的中国动物保健品(0940.HK)有限公司发布公告称,一辆装载有集团所有财务文件正本的卡车被盗,文件遗失,股票继续停牌。神奇在于被盗文件本身:丢失的是2014财年及2015年上半年的集团所有财务文件正本。而该公司股票之所以从3月30日停牌至今都没有复牌,理由恰恰就是“等待刊发2014年年度业绩”。
Lost, Stolen, Unlawful Narrative: Annual Report of the Exotic Flowers of Listed Companies On December 28, 2015, China Animal Health Products (0940.HK) Co., Ltd. listed in Hong Kong released a notice saying that a truck loaded with all the original financial documents of the Group Stolen, lost files, the stock continues to be suspended. The magic lies in the stolen documents themselves: the missing ones are all the original financial documents of the group in FY14 and 1H15. The reason why the company’s stock suspension from the March 30 date has not resumed, the reason is precisely “waiting for the publication of 2014 annual results ”.
