一、种子的采集与处理 1.种子的采集与果实去皮。酸枣种子一般在9月下旬至10月上旬果实成熟后采集,果实采集后需去皮晾干。去皮的方法为:将果实堆积软化待果皮腐烂后,放入水池反复搓洗,漂除皮肉杂物和浮核,然后捞出种核晾干。也可将果实加水浸泡数天,再进行搓洗。在果实堆积期间应注意翻动果堆,防止局部温度过高或果实霉烂。
