男,46岁,病态窦房结综合征患者。监护心电图观察到长达3.42～3.50s的心动周期及最低平均心率34～36次/min。患者有发作性黑矇及一过性晕厥。经内科治疗6个月无效。一年后植入PINNACLE VVI型程控起搏器,脉冲发生器埋于右胸大肌前。术后4天始注意到起搏器感知功能不良,曾多次体外程控调试均不能改善。出院后观察期间患者仍多次发作晕厥及阿斯综合征,并观察到1.82s无电脉冲及自身电活动的心动周期,因而认为植入起搏器后仍有晕厥及阿斯综合征发作与此有关。根
