本文把体育教师工作太度作为研究重点,不但能促进教学质量的提高,在理论和实践上对教育教学改革起到推进作用。而且能有助于检验和丰富教育组织行为学的基本理论,为学校的管理工作提供依据。
This paper puts too much emphasis on physical education teachers’ work, which not only can promote the improvement of teaching quality, but also promotes the reform of education and teaching in theory and practice. But also helps to test and enrich the basic theory of the behavior of education organizations to provide the basis for the management of the school.
