农村幼儿混合班的师资力量薄弱,在教学中小学化、成人化的现象还比较普遍。即使基本上按照《幼儿园教育纲要》进行教学的,也是以大班组为教学重点,小班组似旁听生,老师不提问,幼儿无话说、或者老师顾不着,幼儿纪律差,更谈不到教育面向全体幼儿了。为解决上述问题,自前年以来,我们开始尝试同教材异要求教学。以各乡的中心幼儿班为试点,首先在语言中进行同教材异要求的教学研究,组织老师学习,明确大、中、小班幼儿听、说能力培养的具体要求。研究如何在混合班语言教学中落实这些要求,在一堂语言课中,使三个年龄组的幼儿都有话可说,口语
