电力行业事关国民经济的基础和命脉,是发电、输电、配电、售电等环节的统一体,属于典型的资金密集型行业。本文主要就电网企业引入境外资金支持境内电网建设的模式和渠道展开研究,对目前跨境资金监管政策进行分析,并结合工作实际对利用境外资金缓解境内融资压力提出具体建议。
The power industry is the foundation and lifeline of the national economy. It is a unified entity in such sectors as power generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electricity. It belongs to a typical capital-intensive industry. This paper mainly studies on the mode and channel of grid enterprises introducing overseas funds to support the construction of domestic grid and analyzes the current cross-border fund regulatory policies. In combination with the actual work, this paper puts forward specific suggestions on using overseas funds to ease the pressure on domestic financing.
