以某三层内框架结构教学楼工程为例,介绍了内框架砖房现场检测的主要内容与方法,并根据调查与检测结果对其进行了结构计算,并鉴定分析了其抗震性能,最后针对其结构缺陷提出了相应的加固方案。
Taking a three-story teaching building with inner frame structure as an example, the main contents and methods of on-site inspection of brick masonry in an inner frame are introduced. According to the investigation and test results, the structure calculation is carried out and the seismic performance is identified and analyzed. Finally, The structural defects put forward the corresponding reinforcement scheme.
