以苯酚和对苯二甲醇为单体,盐酸为催化剂,经缩合反应,合成了苯酚-芳烷基型固化剂。用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)分别对固化剂分子结构、分子量及分子量分布进行了表征与测试。研究了投料比对固化剂分子量、分子量分布以及黏度的影响。结果表明,随着苯酚与对苯二甲醇的摩尔比(r)的增加,分子量减小、分子量分布变窄、黏度下降。实验结果还发现,当黏度为0.534Pa.s时,产物用作电子封装模塑料(EMC)的固化剂,其固化物具有较低的吸湿率、较短的凝胶时间。
With phenol and terephthalic acid as monomer, hydrochloric acid as catalyst, the phenol-aralkyl type curing agent was synthesized via condensation reaction. The molecular structure, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the curing agent were characterized and tested by FTIR, 1H-NMR and GPC. The effect of feed ratio on the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and viscosity of curing agent was studied. The results showed that with the increase of the molar ratio of phenol to terephthalic acid (r), the molecular weight decreased, the molecular weight distribution narrowed and the viscosity decreased. The results also showed that when the viscosity was 0.534Pa.s, the product was used as a curing agent for electronic encapsulation molding compound (EMC), the cured product had lower moisture absorption rate and shorter gel time.
