2012年9月起我校培训处分别在城厢区逸夫实验小学、筱塘小学和龙桥中心小学开展《小学语文课堂实施“先学后教,高效课堂”的研究与实践》课题研究工作,经过课题组和三所实验校全体实验老师的努力己经形成初步的研究成果,我们得到了以下的经验:一、课题研究必须有教学理论指导课题组要求课题参与学校在每学期期初把“先学后教,高效课堂”理论列为校本培训的必修内容,组织实验教师认真学习。首先组织教师学习现代教育心理学、学习理论,尤其是建构主义教育思想。其次要求教师认真研读《当代课堂教学改革的
