随着国家经济的国际化,语言也趋向了国际化,作为第二语言的英语也越来越被人们重视。学习英语最重要的就是有一个良好的英语基础,初中英语是学生深入接触英语的阶段,所以很多家长和学校都非常注重学生在初中时的英语底子。但是每个学校都会存在后进生,有些后进生跟不上学校的学习进度,但是教师往往为了完成教学任务对后进生的关心指导不够,这样不利于学生全面发展。随着国家教学体制的不断改革,改变了以往对后进生采取放弃策略的情况。
