本文介绍了日本气相直接法合成乙醇的实验室研究结果。重点提供了多元系Rh/SiO_2催化剂研制信息,添加剂能促进CO解离、Rh分散和加氢能力强的金属提高乙醇生成活性和选择性;添加两种及其以上金属时,还有协同作用。通过催化剂对CO吸附研究时,桥式CO吸附物种多的有利于生产AcH和AcOH;线型CO吸附物种多的适合乙醇的催化剂。
This article presents the results of a laboratory study on the synthesis of ethanol by the direct gas phase method in Japan. The preparation of the multi-component Rh / SiO 2 catalyst is focused on. The additive can promote CO dissociation, Rh dispersion and strong hydrogenation ability to improve the activity and selectivity of ethanol production. When two or more metals are added, there is synergistic effect. Through the study of CO adsorption on the catalyst, bridge-type CO adsorbed more species conducive to the production of AcH and AcOH; linear CO adsorption species suitable for ethanol catalyst.
