OBJECTIVE: To study the feasibility and timeliness of interim provisional pacing experiment in interventional shelters under simulated field conditions. Methods: Five patients with normal dogs underwent temporary cardiac pacing simulations using a common lead catheter in a minimally invasive interventional compartment to observe the timing of the procedure and the effects of the operation, as well as the co-ordination of personnel in the cabin. Results: Five cases of emergency cardiac pacing were performed successfully with common lead, while femoral vein puncture, hematoma without puncture site, infection, thromboembolism and perforation of heart occurred. Time is within 10 minutes. Conclusions: Relying on minimally invasive interventional shelter, the emergency treatment of temporary pacing in the field is safe, practical and quick. Can be used in wartime and non-war medical first aid mission, play an important role.
