中国石油职工思想政治工作研究会及其会刊《石油政工研究》成立和创刊,至今已经10周年了.全国政研会和总公司党组,对石油政研会非常关心和重视.很多领导同志专门为石油政研会成立10周年题词,使我们深受教育和鼓舞.中国石油职工思想政治工作研究会,是顺应改革开放的历史潮流,在原石油部党组领导下,为加强和改进石油系统思想政治工作而创建的面向企业、植根基层的群众性研究团体.当时,党组决定成立石油政研会,是基于两个方面的考虑.一方面是要把遭到“四人帮”干扰破坏的石油战线思想政治工作的优良传统恢复和发扬起来;另一方面,是要清除“左”的影响和右的干扰,适应改革开放新形势的需要,使思想政治工作不断改进和创新.石油政研会的成立,是时代的需要;它的发展,也是同石油工业改革开放和加快发展的客观要求分不开的.
