报道了与急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)t(11;17)变异型易位有关的PLZF基因结构及表达.该基因至少长130kb,由7个外显子和6个内含子组成.发现外显子2中存在着替换剪接现象,且剪接供体信号为不典型的GA.PLZF基因的断裂点主要丛集于内含子3,该基因的表达具有组织特异性.
The PLZF gene structure and expression associated with the acute transmissible promyelocytic leukemia (APL) t(11;17) variant translocation was reported. The gene is at least 130 kb long and consists of 7 exons and 6 introns. It was found that there was an alternative splicing phenomenon in exon 2, and the splice donor signal was not typical. The breakpoint of GA.PLZF gene was mainly clustered in intron 3, and the expression of this gene was tissue-specific.
