本文根据产业组织理论及作者的调查,分析了外商投资企业进入中国后的市场行为变化。文章指出:在垄断市场结构中,跨国公司在华投资企业存在垄断倾向。但是随着经济全球化程度的提高,中国继续坚持开放政策,特别是中国加入世界贸易组织,对国内产业的保护程度降低,同时允许多家跨国公司进入,推动了竞争性市场结构的形成和完善,跨国公司在华投资企业的竞争行为将日益趋于合理。
Based on the theory of industrial organization and the author's investigation, this paper analyzes the changes in the market behavior of foreign-invested enterprises after they enter China. The article points out: In monopolistic market structure, multinational corporations have monopolistic tendencies in their investment enterprises in China. However, with the improvement of economic globalization, China has continued to adhere to the policy of opening up. In particular, China's accession to the World Trade Organization has reduced the protection of the domestic industry. At the same time, it has allowed many multinational corporations to enter and promote the formation and improvement of competitive market structure. , The competitive behavior of multinational corporations investing in China will increasingly become more and more reasonable.
