1957年国家经济建设公债的推销工作,由于各级党政领导的重视,全国人民的热烈拥护和积极认购,已经取得了很大成绩。截至6月底的不完全统计,全国认购总额已达59,073.3万元,完成全国计划发行额6亿元的98.46%;已交款24,192.4万元,占认购数的40.95%。全国职工、军队和工商界已超额完成了认购任务,现正积极组织交款。农村推销工作除少数进行得较早的地区已接近完成外,大部分地区因准备结合农业社夏收预分或秋收预分的时间进行推销,故
The work of promoting the national economic construction bonds in 1957 has made great achievements due to the importance attached by party and government leaders at all levels and the enthusiastic support and active subscription of the people throughout the country. As of the end of June the incomplete statistics, the total amount of subscription has reached 59,073.3 million yuan, completed the national planned circulation of 600 million yuan of 98.46%; has paid 242,924,000 yuan, accounting for 40.95% of the subscription number. National workers, the military and the business community have already over-fulfilled their subscription tasks and are now actively organizing payment. In addition to the completion of the rural marketing work in a few areas where the earlier implementation is completed, most of the areas are going to be marketed in preparation for the integration of preferential agricultural or rural income tax credits in the summer.
