患者男性,27岁,1987年10月11日晚7时自服保泰松100片(每片0.1克),次日凌晨4时45分起床排尿突然摔倒,口吐白沫,四肢抽搐,躁动不安,意识不清,呼之不应,即送医院就诊.检查:T36℃,P84次/分,BPl6.0/10.7kPa.神志不清,时有躁动,面色潮红,瞳孔等大等圆,直径3mm,光反射正常.两肺呼吸音略粗糙,未闻及罗音.心音有力,律齐,心率84次/分,未闻及杂音.腹软,肝脾未触及.Hb154g/L,WBC22×10~9/L,N88%,L12%,血小板13.5×10~9/L.入院第4天大便常规
