[目的]探索一种有效的结核病防治知识宣教方式,为结核病健康教育方案的制定提供依据。[方法]通过问卷调查,分析干预后全部掌握结核病防治核心信息的人群特点综合分析评价单纯发放平面材料及面对面宣教与发放平面材料相结合(复合式宣教方式)两种结核病防治健康教育方式的效果。[结果]8条核心信息全部知晓率从1.8%上升到8.1%,其中复合式宣教干预组全部知晓率从3.3%上升至20.7%。全部知晓人群的经济收入及所在的调查组均有统计学意义(P=0.008,0.000),听人说的结核病防治知识获取途径占89.6%。[结论]复合式宣教方式在结核病健康教育工作中更具有实效性。同时,在健康教育的过程中应根据受众的特点来选择合适的传播工具。
[Objective] To explore an effective method of knowledge and education on tuberculosis prevention and treatment, which provided the basis for formulating the health education program of tuberculosis. [Methods] Through the questionnaire survey, we analyzed the characteristics of the population who had all the core information of tuberculosis prevention and control after the intervention comprehensively and evaluated the effect of the two kinds of TB prevention and cure health education methods combining the simple distribution of flat materials and the face-to-face mission and the distribution of flat materials . [Results] The overall awareness rate of 8 core information increased from 1.8% to 8.1%, among which the awareness rate of all the composite mission groups increased from 3.3% to 20.7%. The economic incomes of all those who knew the group and the surveyed group were all statistically significant (P = 0.008,0.000), and the percentages of heard TB knowledge acquisition were 89.6%. [Conclusion] The compound missionary method is more effective in the health education of tuberculosis. At the same time, in the process of health education should be based on the characteristics of the audience to choose the appropriate communication tools.
