本文进行了2mm不锈钢SUS301L-HT光纤激光对接的工艺研究,得出了激光功率、焊接速度和离焦量三个重要参数对焊接质量的影响规律。保证焊缝成形与否是对2mm SUS301L-HT光纤激光对接焊缝强度影响的最主要因素,其焊接的工艺适应性较好。
In this paper, 2mm stainless steel SUS301L-HT fiber laser docking process study, obtained the laser power, welding speed and defocus amount of three important parameters of the welding quality. Whether the welding seam is formed or not is the most important factor affecting the strength of the 2mm SUS301L-HT fiber laser butt weld, and the welding process adaptability is better.
