山东省菜西市实验小学少先队在实践中体会到,开辟校外活动阵地不仅应是少先队组织自身发展的需要,也是实施素质教育、增强学校少先队管理水平的重要途径。因此,学校从实际出发,经过多方调研,实地考察,同居委会、办事处、小区管委会等单位取得联系,建立了广泛的少先队活动阵地,使学校教育同社区教育有机地结合起来。校内少先队工作通过社区少先队活动,在教育内容、形式、阵地等许多方面向社会延伸和拓展,使少先队组织的优良作风传播到社会并服务于社会,最终形成了学校和社区少先队工作相得益彰、生动活跃的崭新局面。
Young pioneers in Experimental Primary School in Caixi City, Shandong Province, have realized in practice that opening up off-campus activities should not only meet the needs of Young Pioneers’ own development, but also be an important way to implement quality education and enhance the management of Young Pioneers in schools. The Young Pioneers work in the school extends and expands the society in many aspects including education contents, forms and positions through the activities of young pioneers in the community so that the excellent style of Young Pioneers organizations is spread to the society and serves the society. Eventually, the work of the school and the community pioneers complements each other and is vividly active The new situation.
