数理统计是评价医疗质量的一种重要方法,但是由于受到诸多因素的影响,更为准确和科学的数量统计评价方法,仍在继续探讨之中。近年来,我们应用系统工程多目标决策中的密切值法,综合评价医疗质量,取得了较满意的效果。这种方法具有计算简便,结果合理,直观等特点,不失为一种新的定量化综合评价方法。其不足之处是,它不能对评价对象进行优劣分级。为此,我们利用密切值法的计算结果,结合秩和比(RSR)法作进一步分析,使评价结果更为合理,提高了这种数理统计方法,在综合评价医疗工作质量中的科学价值和应用范围。
Mathematical statistics are an important method for evaluating the quality of medical care, but due to the influence of many factors, more accurate and scientific quantitative statistical evaluation methods are still being explored. In recent years, we applied the close value method of multi-objective decision-making in system engineering to comprehensively evaluate the quality of medical care and achieved satisfactory results. This method has the advantages of simple calculation, reasonable and intuitive results, and is a new quantitative comprehensive evaluation method. Its disadvantage is that it can’t grade the evaluation object. For this purpose, we use the calculation method of the osculating value method and the RSR method for further analysis to make the evaluation result more reasonable, improve the mathematical statistics method, and provide scientific value in the comprehensive evaluation of medical work quality.
