消炎痛是一种非甾体消炎镇痛药,具解热、镇痛、消炎作用,用于风湿性关节炎。疗效与阿司匹林相似,能减轻关节肿胀、疼痛等症状。一、体内过程日服3小时或用栓剂后1小时,血药浓度达高峰。半衰期约3小时。口服吸收迅速完全,吸收后约有90％与血浆蛋白结合,经肝转化,2/3以葡萄糖醛酸结合物形式,从肾排泄,随尿液排出,其余随粪便排出。二、药理作用 1.消炎作用。抗炎效价比氢化可的松强两倍,比保泰松强20倍,比阿司匹林强30倍,对风湿性关节炎的疗效比阿司匹林好。消炎痛的抗炎机制:① 抑
