近十几年来民办高校得到了飞速的发展,学生的道德素质培养业受到高度的重视和关注,但我国民办高校发展时间较晚,不能很快的像公办学校得到社会各界的普遍认可,现就我院学生培养对大学生的思想道德和综合素质的提升谈些体会。
In recent ten years, private colleges and universities have been developed rapidly. The cultivation of students’ moral qualities has received a great deal of attention and attention. However, the development of private universities in our country lags behind and can not be quickly recognized by the public as public schools. Students in our college have some experience on the improvement of college students’ ideological and moral qualities and their overall quality.
