青霉素、链霉素等药物引起的过敏性休克临床较常见,使用前需作皮试,但是其他某些不需作皮试的常用药物亦能引起过敏性休克,因其发生率较低,易被临床医护人员忽视,由于过敏性休克一般发病急,来势凶险,如不及时处理,容易造成严重后果,因此应引起医务工作者足够重视。笔者复习了近期有关文献,现综合作一详述。
