肿瘤坏死因子相关调亡诱导配体(TNF related apoptosis inducing ligand,TRAIL)在机体不同的生理条件下,促进或抑制某些调亡相关基因的表达,调节细胞调亡。TRAIL在病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、肝细胞癌的发生发展及其治疗中也有重要作用,有望成为新一代的抗肿瘤药。
Tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL) promotes or inhibits the expression of certain apoptosis-related genes and regulates cell apoptosis under different physiological conditions in the body. TRAIL also plays an important role in the development and treatment of viral hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma and is expected to become a new generation of antineoplastic agents.
