文章基于抗逆力理论,认为新型农村社区居住形态的改变,导致“组织衰败”和社区公共空间衰落,减弱了社区抵御风险的能力。发展社会组织是社区抗逆力的保护性因素,需要运用专业社会工作方法,培育社会组织,提升新型农村社区抗逆力。
Based on the theory of resilience, the article thinks that the change of living patterns in the new rural communities leads to the decline of the “organizational decline” and the community public space and the weakening of the community’s ability to resist risks. The development of social organizations is a protective factor in the community’s resilience, which requires the use of specialized social work methods, nurturing social organizations and upgrading the resilience of new rural communities.
