【政策背景】山西正处在重要历史关头,政治生态塌方式腐败,经济运行断崖式下滑,整体面临立体式困局。在此情势下,11月30日,中共山西省委召开全省学习讨论落实活动动员大会,决定从现在开始到明年3月底,在全省各级党组织和广大党员干部中开展以“深入学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,净化政治生态,实现弊革风清,重塑山西形象,促进富民强省”为主题的学习讨论落实活动。
