准格尔煤矿黑岱沟露天煤矿群仓施工中,为解决空心仓壁的施工问题,采用了空心竖壁滑模液压竖向自动抽孔工艺,即在常规滑模工艺基础上,只需在混凝土竖壁的常规滑模套槽之间,增设与空心壁相适应的液压竖向抽孔装置,与滑模提升架通过附加环梁相连系,构成液压抽孔系统,使抽孔与竖壁滑模得以同步等速完成。采用该工艺,取得了良好的效果。
